    Research question, partner need, data access, ethics, and feasibility review.

    Dataset and Prototype Sprint

    Evidence assembly, prototype build, testing plan, and limitation log.

    Partner Response Cycle

    Critique session, revision priorities, and public communication choices.

  4. 04
    Final Dossier Defense

    Public portfolio, methods appendix, partner response, and oral defense.
